"Where I Lived and What I Lived For" Pt. 2-- The Town
How to get there.
There were actually two phones. This is one.
Buying huckleberry pastries, 10 A.M.
No one owns the dogs, and they are big.
Occasionally, an even bigger donkey and horse (they were best friends) would walk by.
The saloon was closed and even when open, had lost its liquor license. But they did have a big beagle that slept out front.
Out back.
